Hospital and GP
Link Worker
as Carers you will have a direct link to the Carers Centre in your GP surgery or if you or your loved one are admitted to hospital

Carers Voice
The Carers Centre is keen to give carers in Telford & Wrekin a voice to enable them to be involved in decisions and be heard on the issues that are important to them

Support Groups
Carers Groups meet monthly in a variety of venues providing opportunities to meet with others. Some groups are for all carers while other groups offer more specialised help and support

Young Adult Carers

Young Carers
aged between 5 and 18 years, young carers help look after one or more members of their family. Telford and Wrekin Young Carers have their own dedicated support workers and activites
